DEB provides a comprehensive data entry bureau service from
scanned documents. This includes keying data directly from images
or using OCR/ICR and OMR recognition software to extract data
from structured forms such as HCFA Medical Insurance Claims.

| The
DEB currently works with documents supplied on CD, Tape,
and Jazz Drives. Some images are transmitted directly
from computer to computer. In the future, as high capacity
communications becomes more cost competitive, direct transmission
will become the norm. In all cases we like to receive
sample documents, program our KOI application, test the
application and supply finished formatted data back to
the client for acceptance approval. |

| OCR/ICR/OMR |

Recognition
technology is efficient and cost effective on forms that have
been specifically designed for OCR/ICR and OMR applications.
The typical old style form is not suitable. Neither should clients
consider recognition technology for small volumes. Data entry,
using the keyboard, is much more efficient.
For those clients, processing large volumes of forms and wishing
to cut costs, The DEB offers its technical services for form
